5. The Publisher will endeavour to furnish the Advertiser with a proof of copy prior to going to press and any amendments of or alterations to such proofs must be returned to the Publisher by the date on the proof copy. The Publisher accepts no responsibility for non-receipt or non-delivery of any material.
6. Whilst every care is taken to avoid mistakes, the Publisher cannot accept liability for any errors and/or omissions due to third parties, subcontractors or inaccurate copy instructions.
7. The Advertiser warrants that the Corporate Presentation does not contravene any Act of Parliament, nor in any other way illegal or defamatory or an infringement of either any other party's right and/or the British Code of Advertising Practice.
8. The Advertiser will fully and effectually indemnify the Publisher from and against any claim made against the Publisher arising from the Corporate Presentation. The Publisher will consult with the Advertiser as to the way in which any such claim(s) is/are to be handled.
